Vancouver, British Columbia, April 24, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Asante Gold Corporation (Asante or Company CSE: ASE | GSE: ASG | Frankfurt: 1A9 | USOTC: ASGOF) Announces a correction to the vote numbers and percentages contained in its press release announcing the results of its annual general meeting (“Meeting”) was held yesterday, April 23, 2024. The press release provides the results of proxy votes received but does not include the results of votes cast at the meeting. The Company confirms that all matters submitted to management for approval have been duly authorized and approved. The corrected meeting agenda with detailed voting results is as follows:
