Pernod Ricard's long-term senior debt is rated Baa1 (stable outlook) by Moody's (NYSE:) and BBB+ (stable outlook) by Standard & Poor's. billion euros.

Favorable market conditions and positive investor reaction to the issuance led Pernod Ricard to price the issuance at a coupon rate of 3.375% for the 6.5-year bonds and 3.625% for the 10-year bonds.

The net proceeds from the offering will be used by Pernod Ricard for its general corporate purposes.

The placement is open to qualified investors.

The bond will apply for approval to trade on Euronext Paris.

The bond is expected to receive a Baa1 rating from Moody's and a BBB+ rating from Standard & Poor's.

Citigroup, Crédit Agricole (OTC:) CIB, Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs Europe, HSBC, JPMorgan Chase, Natixis et Société Générale are the joint bookrunners on the bond issuance.
