NEUBERGER BERMAN High Yield Strategy Fund Announces Monthly Distribution



New York, April 30, 2024 /PRNewswire/—— Neuberger Berman High Yield Strategies Fund (NYSE US: NHS) (the “Fund”) has published a distribution statement $0.0905 per share of common stock.The allocation announced today will be May 31, 2024the recording date is May 15, 2024the ex-dividend date is May 14, 2024.

In accordance with its horizontal allocation policy, the Fund is expected to make regular monthly distributions based on market conditions $0.0905 per common share, unless further action is taken to determine another amount. The Fund's ability to maintain its current distribution rate will depend on a variety of factors, including the amount and stability of investment income, the cost of leverage and the level of other Fund fees and expenses. There is no guarantee that a Fund will always be able to pay any specific amount of a distribution or that distributions will consist solely of net investment income.

To maintain stable distribution amounts, the distribution announced today, and future distributions, may include net investment income, net realized capital gains and returns of capital. Notice will be provided under Section 19 of the Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended, for any distribution that consists of more than net investment income. This notice is for informational purposes only, not for tax reporting purposes, and will disclose the estimated portion of the distribution, if any, including net investment income, capital gains and return of capital. Final determinations of the source and tax characteristics of all 2024 distributions will be made after the end of the year.
